Rudy Ratzinger, es el mentor bajo el nombre de Wumpscut. Sus inicios se remontan a 1990, cuando comienza su viaje por la escena EBM industrial. Para ello crea su propio sello Beton Kopf Media, para dar rienda suelta a su creatividad, la que ha sido constante y prolífica. 

Durante 2017 se tomo un receso, volviendo con su sonido furioso en 2020, continuando hasta la fecha editando discos, recopilaciones y realizando trabajos como Dj Dwarf
